Russell Wilson’s wish for baby number five, affectionately known as “Cinco,” has officially come true!
Three years after expressing his desire to expand their family, the former NFL star and his wife, Ciara, are preparing to welcome another addition.

Since then, the excitement surrounding the newest addition has continued to build as the family prepares for its latest bundle of joy.
During a Friday appearance on “Today with Jenna & Sheinelle,” the “Goodies” singer opened up about her love for motherhood and how having a supportive husband makes the journey even more rewarding.
“I’m an only child, so I want a big family. I love being a mom. It’s my favorite job in the world,” Ciara shared.
The multihypenate also opened up about embracing life at 41. Ciara said she feels more empowered than ever as she prepares to welcome her fifth child.
“I just turned 41 w-o-n, okay, so I feel really good. It was hard for me to say 40, you know that, but now I’m embracing every part of my journey. I feel so empowered. We’re on our fifth baby, 41, and I’m feeling younger than ever. I am really excited,” she said.
And when it comes to welcoming a new baby, Russell knows exactly what his wife needs.
Rather than leaving Ciara with an ordinary delivery experience, he makes it his mission to create a comfortable, relaxed environment where she feels celebrated.
“He makes the process fun for me. It’s like a vacation. He gets into it. He has, like, the twinkle lights in my room that I love. He hooks it up. He has the Apple TV,” she revealed.
She said Russell goes above and beyond to make sure she is calm, cozy, and at peace with each delivery.
The couple are already raising four children: Future Zahir, Ciara’s son from her previous relationship with rapper Future, and their three children together, Sienna Princess, Win Harrison and Amora Princess.
The excitement wasn’t limited to the parents, either. When it came time to share the big news with their children, Ciara and Russell made the announcement a family moment to remember.
They initially set things up as a family photo opportunity for the grandparents.
But instead of an ordinary picture, Ciara had the children count to five in Spanish before revealing her baby bump. The surprise quickly turned into an unforgettable moment filled with excitement and joy from everyone.
Ciara once prayed for a husband, and judging by how things are going, that prayer came with a few extra blessings. But it seems motherhood remains one of her greatest joys.
During a May 10 interview with Angie Martinez, Ciara opened up about the qualities she wanted in a husband.
She said faith, discernment, and wisdom topped her list. She also wanted a man who genuinely loved children, knowing he would need to embrace her son.
Ciara added, “I prayed for a man that was worldly as well. Because I love to explore so someone that was gonna edify my world, that was important to me. I was ready to level up!”
Between a husband who goes above and beyond to make the delivery experience special and children who are just as excited about their newest sibling, it’s clear that baby Cinco is already surrounded by plenty of love.
